Welcome to Grandeur Limousine’s Terms and Conditions page. By using our services, you agree to comply with the following terms. All bookings and reservations are subject to the accuracy and completion of information. Payment should be made as specified, and our cancellation policy applies. We provide safe and professional transportation services, but external factors like traffic and weather may affect your journey. When you want to book something, like a hotel room or a car rental, sometimes you have to pay a certain amount of money upfront, which you won’t get back if you change your mind later. We call this the “non-refundable deposit,” and you’ll know how much it is when you make the reservation.

You can pay for your booking in different ways, like with your credit card, debit card, or by transferring money from your bank electronically. In some cases, they might even accept cash if you talk to them about it beforehand.

You need to pay the rest of the money you owe before you actually use the service, unless you make a different arrangement with them. If you don’t pay the full amount, they might cancel your reservation.

If you end up needing more things or using the service for longer than you originally planned, they will charge you for those extras separately. You’ll have to pay for those extra things when they send you a bill.

All reservations are dependent on availability and are only valid once we have received the deposit (where applicable) and a member of our team has reviewed the information and sent it a confirmation email with your routing details. It is the responsibility of the passenger/client to look over your confirmation and ensure that all details are correct. If you find a discrepancy, please notify our offices immediately.

Cancellations are required at least 15 days prior of your pickup date. Grandeur Limousine has the right to charge the FULL trip amount on your credit card if you do not cancel your reservation within 7 days prior. A transfer from points A to point B during the ride and any additional stops can increase the fare of the reservation.

We may cancel or modify reservations due to unexpected events. In such cases, a full refund will be provided.

We confirm airport reservations upon receiving a deposit. Cancellation fees:

  • Within 48 hours: $150 fee.
  • Within 24 hours: Full payment.

Confirmed upon deposit receipt. Cancellation fees:

  • Within 15 days of the event: 50% of the trip.
  • Within 6 days: 100% of the trip.

Valid for 48 hours, subject to availability changes.

Check for your belongings before leaving our vehicles. We’re not responsible for lost, stolen, or damaged items.

No drug use. Minors can’t consume alcohol. Violations result in termination and charges.

No smoking. Alcohol for legal drinking age passengers only. We may refuse service to intoxicated or disruptive clients.

You’re financially liable for damage during your rental. Fees vary based on damage type.

We’re not liable for mechanical breakdowns, weather delays, or other unforeseen issues.

Breach may lead to service termination and legal fees.

This agreement follows state laws where services occur.

We follow CDC guidelines for passenger safety, including protective measures for chauffeurs and vehicles. Please contact us for more details.
